1. Look for the best in others.
2. Dream big!
3. Seek positive influences.
4. Speak with kindness.
5. Start a chain reaction of good actions.
And then I lost the list.
It's been two weeks now, and I don't feel like I've really done anything that I planned that I would do. So today I'm starting fresh, setting some new goals, and making a commitment to implement Rachel's Challenge a little more purposefully in my life. And not just because I thought Rachel's story was inspiring or sad or...whatever, but because I actually think they will make me a better person.
And maybe if I write my goals here, I'll have some accountability. Someone ask me about them in a week, a month, a year - see how I'm doing. I actually want to keep these.
